Born and Raised in Jacksonville, Fl., Chef Curtis has been cooking in kitchens large and small since the age of 5. From helping his mom in the kitchen prepare down home southern cuisine to going out with his dad to hunt, fish, plant and gather all needed ingredients for a backyard feast.
Chef Curtis has cooked in kitchens for some of the top rated restaurants in the Southeastern United States.
Chef Curtis has catered small intimate dinner affairs for families, friends and clients as well as large events for companies including: CarMax, Apartment Guide, Starbucks Coffee Company and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Chef Curtis' unique approach to being a Personal Chef is to find the freshest, sustainable: meats, produce, cheeses, fish, wines and craft beers that will make any menu more flavorful, nutritious and delicious.

Chef Joan is the daughter of 2nd generation Polish and Italian Immigrants who instilled in her a love of Family and FOOD!
Life was lived in the kitchen and around the family dinner table, where Chef Joan learned to not only cook a meal but how to make a meal with love that could put the worries of the day to rest!
Chef Joan specializes in DESSERT!
She is an award winning Pastry Chef whose cheesecake is made from scratch from an old world recipe that is second to none.
Pies, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pana cotta, cannoli’s and much much more! These desserts are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients that can be found.
